DEEP LOVE SOUP

From The High Vibrational Beauty Cookbook
1 1/2 cups fresh goji nectar
3 inches of daikon radish
1 cup strawberries, (cut in halves)
1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
2 tablespoons fresh apple cider
3 tablespoons of tocos
1 teaspoon shizandra berry, or Moon Juice Beauty Dust
Juice of 1 lime
Pinch of salt
TOPPINGS: crushed pistachios, hemp seeds, black pepper to taste and extra virgin cold pressed olive oil.
In a medium pot over medium heat warm the apple cider vinegar and apple cider for about 2 minutes. Add strawberries and cook over medium heat for another 2 minutes or until strawberries are soft and tender. (This is a key step do not rush it).
In the meantime juice the lime and daikon root, then add to goji nectar. Add the goji nectar mixture and cooked strawberries in a blender. Incorporate tocos, schizandra berry or Beauty Dust to the mixture. Blend together. Serve warm in a bowl. Sprinkle crushed pistachios, hemp seeds and a drizzle of olive oil. Salt and pepper to taste.
