Fall Tonics

       

As we move into the colder months, our bodies crave warmth and nourishment so we created these warming tonics to prepare us for the shift. Make them in the morning as a coffee replacement, or before bed as a nutrient dense nightCAP. Embrace the coming season. Ground down to fly high.

COFFEE, EMPOWERED

4 ounces organic coconut, seed, or nut milk

4 ounce chaga tea or organic brewed coffee

1 tablespoon cacao

1 teaspoon maca

½ teaspoon cordyceps

½ teaspoon reishi

½ teaspoon ashwagandha

Sweeten with raw honey or sweetner of choice

Optional: top with ½ – 1 tablespoon of tocos

 

Heat Milk and Chaga until hot, but not boiling. Combine with Cacao, Maca, Cordyceps, Reishi, Ashwagandha and Raw Honey in Vitamix. Blend for one minute. Top with Tocos and enjoy!

 

HIGH ALTITUDE 

8 ounces gynostemma tea

Homemade nut or seed milk to taste

1 tablespoon tocos

½ teaspoon mucuna pruriens

½ teaspoon pine pollen

½ teaspoon astragulus

Sprinkle of cinnamon

Dash of cardamom

Sweeten with raw honey or sweetener of choice

 

Heat Gynostemma and Milk until warm, but not boiling. Combine with Tocos, Mucuna Pruriens, Pine Pollen, Astragalus, Cinnamon, Cardamom and Raw Honey in Vitamix. Blend for one minute and enjoy!

 

RADICAL RADIANCE

6 ounces gynostemma tea

4ounces homemade nut or seed milk

2 ounces goji nectar

1 tablespoon tocos

1 teaspoon reishi

¼ teaspoon pearl

½ teaspoon he shou wu

Sweeten with raw honey or sweetener of choice

 

Heat Milk, Gynostemma and Goji Nectar until warm but not boiling. Combine with Tocos, Reishi, Pearl, He Shou Wu and Raw Honey in Vitamix. Blend for one minute and enjoy!
