Good Morning, Coconut

       

We love all things Coconut Butter. Straight from the spoon, or around this time of year, mixed into our favorite smoothie recipes. Let our go-to ingredient infuse your morning with a taste of the tropics (and a dose of healthy fat!) and bring the islands home. If you’re curious, try the recipes. Or take it straight up. Just like we do.

COCONUT BUTTER SMOOTHIES

MANGO

1 tablespoon The Coconut Butter

1 cup frozen mango

1 cup coconut water

1/2 teaspoon cardamom

 

GREEN APPLE

1 tablespoon The Coconut Butter

1 cup spinach

1 cup frozen green apple

1/2 teaspoon The Matcha

1/2 teaspoon cinnamon

1 cup water or nut milk

 

PINEAPPLE

1 tablespoon The Coconut Butter

1 cup frozen pineapple

1/2 teaspoon ginger

1 cup summer squash

1 cup nut or seed milk

 

Add all ingredients to blender and blend for a minute. Depending on how thick it is, pour in your favorite glass or bowl.
