Instructions

Take 4 drops under the tongue every 10-15 minutes until effects are noticed. *May be applied externally to injuries, burns, bruises, bites and rashes. Dilute by placing 4 drops in 4 oz. water and mix. Soak gauze in liquid and apply compress to the skin or attach soaked bandage with tape.

    Love it

    I like all the Alexis Smart remedies I've tried, including this one, First Aid Kit. I have been taking it lately while our house is under construction and it has helped my body and mind handle the situation. I think I will follow the other reviewer's lead and keep one in my purse.

    Everyone needs!

    This brand of flower essences work so well compared to others! First Aid Kit is a life saver in tense moments or when anxiety creeps in. Balances and soothes your mind quickly! Will always have this in my purse

    Anxiety be gone!

    I still don’t fully know how flower essences work. All I know is that my anxiety/trauma brain is immediately calmed after taking this. Went from having multiple anxiety attacks daily a couple weeks ago to none since taking. Just take it right when I feel one coming in and it’s like magic!
