Instructions

Swipe once on your underarm. Poetic Pits is made up of 100% concentrated essential oils, so it is best to dodge damaged, inflamed or allergic skin. The ingredients are selected from essential oils that are recognized as safe for the skin. As everyone has skin that responds uniquely, we advise users to patch test inside the elbow before using. Keep out of reach of children. For use on extra-sensitive skin, dilute with jojoba oil.

    Totally unusable + waste of $30

    I wanted to give this a try as a different kind of natural deodorant (I've tried many). The first surprise, when it arrived, is that the container is soooo teeny tiny. I guess I knew 5mL is a small amount, but seeing it in reality was a trip. The roller ball is somewhere between the size of a pencil eraser and a dime, so you have to roll it over your pits MANY times for full coverage. And because these are undiluted essential oils (no carrier oil), the resulting scent is STRONG. Tea tree oil isn't a listed ingredient, but that is the scent I got -- not necessarily bad, but very medicinal and VERY noticeable. I work in healthcare and I would not feel comfortable wearing this strong scent around the patients I work with. It was so much that I had to shower about 10 minutes after putting it on.

    Anyway, now I have this tiny essential oil roller ball that I will never use again. It's hard for me to imagine that this would be a good option for most people, though to each their own of course. I love all the other CAP Beauty products I've tried but this was a definite miss.

    Smells amazing but gives me a bad rash

    I wanted this to work! It smells heavenly and lasts! Unfortunately it’s way too harsh for my armpits though…. Horrible rash…. For weeks.

    Smells devine

    I love Living Libations. If I had to choose one brand to use for the rest of my life, it would be Nadine Artimis'. This deodorant smells amazing and it keeps me mostly odor free during the cooler months of the year. I find I need something stronger during the warmer months and summer so I like to rotate. Overall, excellent product.
