CAP’s Bulletproof

       

We love all things Coconut Butter. Straight from the spoon, mixed in tonics or a base for superfood chocolates, this perfect food is a CAP favorite. Our most recent obsession is adding it to coffee or matcha for a delicious alternative to Bulletproof Coffee. And there’s no better way to drink in your focus. The caffeine from coffee or matcha mixed with the fat from Coconut Butter gives your body a calm and controlled flow of energy that lasts for hours. Get creative. If you’re feeling ambitious, try your own take on the recipe below. Add your usual adaptogens and tonic herbs (there’s no wrong way to do it!). And if you’re not, try it straight up. Just like we do.

Serves 1

2 cups brewed coffee or The Matcha 

2 tablespoons The Coconut Butter 

2 tablespoons MCT oil 

1 tablespoons ghee (optional)

A dash of Pink Mountain Salt (optional) 

 

Add ingredients to Vitamix. Blend until frothy. Poor into your favorite cup or mug and enjoy!
